We provide Spring/Summer clean and checks for only $100, which includes checking of refrigerant pressures, checking of all outdoor electrical components on AC, cleaning of outdoor coil, clearing out of drain line, and checking that system is operating efficiently

We provide Fall/Winter checks for only $100, this is especially important when it comes to gas furnaces. They include carbon monoxide testing, gas inlet, outlet pressure testing, gas leak checking, cleaning of heat compartment. We also check to make sure heater is operating efficiently

We will fix anything that could possibly be wrong with your air conditioning and heating system, or we can give you a fair price should it need to be replaced

We don't charge for a second opinion when you are getting bids for replacement

All our service pricing is on a job to job basis, based on the amount of repairs needing to be done and the cost of the parts, but rest assured all or pricing is very reasonable
